From strategy to production — how we’ll run this.

Building on the strategy: here’s the operating model for the next six months — the formats we’ll run, how often, and what it costs.

What we optimise for

Not post count. New customers, visits, search and the list.

We commit to a minimum cadence so you have certainty — but the numbers we actually chase are the ones that show up in the business:

The formats

Two engines: authority, and presence.

Engine 01

Authority / educational

“Why is Chenin Blanc disappearing?” · the wine nobody orders but should · why you prune every vine by hand. These are example topics, not a fixed list — each one built to create a single moment: I never knew that.

Engine 02

First-person filming

Unscripted, unpolished, shot from your own point of view with a pair of camera glasses. No script, no setup shot, no production circus — just you, being you. Storytelling over polish.

From Tier 2

Restaurant partnership: turn wine into relationships.

Modelled on how we already work with restaurants. We do the legwork — your part on the day is small and fixed:

We organise

The venue, the tasting, the people, the meeting — all set up before you arrive. Pimpernel supplies the product: a bottle or box gifted to the venue as the introduction.

We make them the hero

Every visit includes a genuine, on-camera compliment about the venue. It makes the restaurant far more likely to share the video to their own audience — a second audience, for free.

Your part

Turn up, ask the same handful of questions each time (a fixed set we write once), and film it. That’s it — repeatable enough that it never feels like a production.

Included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 — it’s the extra value that makes the higher tiers worth the jump, not a separate line item.

First-person filming

You own the glasses. We handle everything else.

The first-person format uses a pair of Ray-Ban Meta camera glasses. They’re yours to keep — a one-off cost, separate from the monthly fee. Setup, filming workflow and getting the footage off them is all on us. Your only job is to switch them on.

One-off hardware — you own it

Ray-Ban Meta glasses, approx $650. Exact figure confirmed in the final quote.

Investment

Priced by content format, not by video.

We price on how many formats we’re running per week — not per individual video — so volume can flex without renegotiating. Every tier guarantees a minimum of one video per week, per format, over a six-month engagement so the work has time to find traction.

Tier 1

1 format

$2,200 /mo
Min. 1 video / week
  • One engine (educational) running consistently
Tier 2

2 formats

$4,200 /mo
Min. 2 videos / week
  • Educational + first-person filming
  • Restaurant partnership included
Tier 3

3 formats

$6,500 /mo
Min. 3 videos / week
  • Everything in Tier 2
  • + a produced, documentary-style feature (e.g. how gravity makes the wine) — evergreen for YouTube & search

Plus the one-off glasses hardware above (Tier 2 & 3). If a format isn’t working, we change the format — the fix is a swap, not just more volume.

All prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise noted.
